This month Delta Phi Lambda welcomes over 50 new dedicated female leaders. As our sorority continues to grow, we must continue to abide by our seven virtues, and redefine our sisterhood in this ever-changing world.

As you may have noticed, The Jade Times has adopted a new social media icon. The new icon featuring a simple butterfly design with the initial “JT” is designed by Elaine “Neon” Phong, alumna of University of North Carolina at Charlotte and voted on by undergraduate sisters.

We have revamped Ask A Sister, our monthly featured article started by Kippie “Sumitra” Wesner, by posing questions pertaining to our sorority or Greek life to both undergraduate and alumnae sisters. We encourage your participation, as by engaging sisters from different chapters and crossing years, we seek to show that despite the varying backgrounds of each individual sister, we are all bonded through the unity of sisterhood.

We have also updated our roster in the About Us page at I would like to thank The Jade Times staff for their dedication in serving our sorority, and allowing my transition to editor-in-chief to be effortless.

“One arrow alone can be easily broken but many arrows are indestructible.” – Genghis Khan.

Delta Phi Lambda will remain strong through unity, and our legacy will live on through the works of the sisters.
